Terms & Conditions

BOOKING POLICY

* Clients must book via website (calls or messages are allowed for questions)
* Some services may require a consultation first.
* Walk-ins are not be accepted unless an appointment is booked
* For emergency appointments, client are to book atleast 4 hours ahead with extra £15 cost
* Home service are charged double of the original payment excluding the transportation costs
* Client are responsible for home service transportation charges
* Accepted payment methods (credit/debit, cash.).
* £20 Deposits are required to book a slot.
* Deposits are often non-refundable and go toward the final bills
* Cancellations must be made 24-48 hours in advance.
* Failure to cancel in time may result in a cancellation fee (30% of the service cost).
* No-shows may be charged in full and may not be allowed to rebook

* Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may have their appointment adjusted, shortened, or canceled.
* Late arrivals may still be charged in full.
 

SERVICE POLICY

* Stylists will do their best to meet desired results, but results may vary depending on hair condition, history, etc.
* Clients should communicate clearly during consultations and services.
* Photos of inspiration are encouraged
* Wig that need customization should be sent or drop off 3-4 days before appointment e.g new wigs or old wigs that hasn't been customized before, failure to do this will result in extra charges
* The stylist may take photos of hair for social media .
* Clients can request to opt out of photos being shared publicly.
* If client is not comfortable with photos and videos, client should inform the stylist before the appointment day •

* Respectful and professional behavior is expected from both the client and stylist.
* Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in refusal of service.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

* Clients feeling sick (fever, flu, etc.) should reschedule.
* Hygiene protocols (hand washing, masks, etc.) may apply.
* The stylist reserves the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.
* Client should informed stylist of any product allergies or any products that can cause them skin rashes or concern.
